Orphan Facilities

OrphanAct currently works with children's facilities in Russia, the Philippines and Romania.  OrphanAct's pilot program was in Siberia and is now moving into other countries to include the Philippines and Romania. 

These children's facilities may be orphanages, homeless children's shelters, hospitals for abandoned babies or other facilities for children-in-need. 

OrphanAct will allow the in-country club some latitude in selecting these children's facilities.  OrphanAct wants to focus primarily on children who do not have parents living with them and supporting them.
