Director of OrphanAct - Russia, Speaks at PETS conferences

Lida Sclocchini, a member of the Irkutsk Rotary Club, spoke at PETS conferences in Novosibirsk and Khabarovsk about the OrphanAct project.  Incoming Rotary presidents and District 5010 leaders heard the OrphanAct message and learned how to participate.  Many incoming presidents asked questions of Lida.
